The Hip Joint is Our Body’s Region of DYNAMIC WEIGHT SUPPORT, and in terms of how we move and feel, The Hips Affect Everything!!!
 
The Hip is the location of contact between a large ball-like protrusion at the top of our thigh bone (the femoral head)  and a boney socket formed by the fusion of three bones which form the pelvis (the acetabulum)
